Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱22,000 - ₱24,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our office in Mandaluyong, Philippines who will support inbound voice calls from US based customers who have questions about their health, wellness, and prescription plan/coverage. You do not need a background in healthcare or insurance, just a passion for learning and a desire to understand concerns, provide solutions, and make an impact on the lives of others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
  • Provide information about their insurance coverage, benefit plans, tracking of prescription orders, troubleshooting online self-service for updates, & more
  • Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer’s healthcare experience
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
  • Adapt to learn new call types when business needs change & flex support in those areas

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent 
  • 6+ months of BPO call center experience
  • Advanced English-speaking skills
  • Willing to work during US hours (overnight shift) + holidays & weekends
  • Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
  • Customer focused personality
