The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Summary:

Provides executive administrative support to leaders as needed Responsible for a variety of general and complex administrative tasks, maintains calendars, plans/schedules meetings/events across multiple time zones, global travel arrangements, and expense and invoice management. Maintains contacts information and facilitates communication between executives internally and externally. May gather and research data and create reports. Prepares organization charts, presentations, minutes of the meeting, proposals, and assists in coordinating daily operations. Manages special projects. Provides support to corporate reception and others as requested. 

Qualifications:

Education:  Business related education with associates degree or specialized training or equivalent experience.

Experience Target:  5+ years of experience supporting with senior management

Skills:

  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Visio, spreadsheets and general office equipment.
  • Ability to type approximately 60 WPM. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality; ability to maintains the information flow between executives, all levels of associates and external contacts in a organized, timely, efficient and highly professional manner. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and facilitation skills
  • Handles multiple priorities concurrently; strong attention to details and accuracy; completes tasks and projects with crucial deadlines while maintaining routine duties.

Knowledge/Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain pleasant and professional decorum, regardless of challenges; demonstrated ability to promote effective/efficient use of executive time – keep them productive, well managed.
  • Ability to field/respond to questions and issues so that executive workload is divested of non-critical details including management of vendor requests;
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust quickly to the changing priorities and timelines.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to support others as needed. Working knowledge of financial and legal terms and concepts (both analytical and procedural) a plus.
