We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Incentive Specialist to join our team! As a Finance Incentive Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accurately calculating and administering compensation plans and policies. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, reporting, and ensuring that our incentive processes are aligned with our Bonus Plan Framework. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial calculations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial calculations, bonus plans, and policies
- Proficiency in using SQL to manipulate and analyze data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis and reporting
- Previous experience in incentive administration or compensation analysis is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret compensation plans and policies to accurately calculate pay and bonuses for employees
- Utilize various information systems and tools to calculate daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting related to incentives
- Act as a point of contact to resolve any disputes or discrepancies regarding incentive calculations
- Provide support and expertise in working with the incentive tool, particularly with SQL queries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and simplify the incentive processes
- Collaborate with the relevant IT team to enhance and automate incentive processes as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
