We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree holder in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Knowledge in HRIS
- Knowledge in interview strategies
- Knowledge in manpower forecasting and FTE computation
- Basic knowledge in Excel and business statistics.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, attention to accuracy.
