Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

The HR Officer will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for RLC Residences. These include but are not limited to recruitment admin, sourcing, interviews, preparation of job offers, conducting background checks, administration of pre-employment requirements, onboarding, monitoring of regularization and separation processes. S/he will also assist in other HR functions from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- With at least 2 years recruitment background
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be amenable with an onsite work arrangement
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas or Cebu City
