Job Description
- Monitoring of regional attendance.
- Ensure budget monitoring of regions materials deployment/installation, labor, fuel, team building and entertainment expenses, and others.
- Monitoring of office utility expenses, rentals and other billings.
- Completes HR and Admin task in timely manner.
- Performs related tasks may be assigned by the RSH and management.
- Maintains database, records, and other related documentation.
- Oversees and organizes the daily activities of the Region.
- Conduct new-employee orientation and timekeeping.
- Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Functions)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure beating deadlines.
