We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Restaurant Manager. For those of you who live in Mandaluyong City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Company Confidential, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Hotel/Restaurant & Food/Beverage/Restaurant with at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree & Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱20,000 - ₱30,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:
Primarily responsible for the overall efficient operation and systematic flow of the stores. Specifically ensures profitability while maintaining the set reputation/standards of the company. Also responsible for the restaurant’s business performance, maintaining the standard food, service, health, and safety, and implementing promotional strategies and other store events and activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
- Must have three to four (3-4) years of leadership function in a service-oriented industry such as hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant, among others
- Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
- People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
- Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability.
- Proficient in the following dimensions of management: HR, planning, communicating, mentoring and development
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, work during holidays or even to render overtime.
- Willing to work on a Itallian-Japanese concepts stores
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong or McKinley
- Full time positions available, DIRECT HIRING
