We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱20,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

COLLEGE GRADUATE
PREFERABLE WITH KNOWLEDGE IN SEAFARERS DOCUMENTS
Prepares crew documentation processes, such as, medical request, PDOS, contract signing and visa application etc.
• Ensures that all planned crew has valid and complete mandatory and statutory requirements (certificates, licenses, etc).
• Ensures that all planned crew had completed the required training per rank
• Arrange dispatch of joining crew
• Updates the master file/personal details of the crew
• Scan all crew documents, such as, certificates, licenses, travel documents, medical and others and attach the same in the system.
• Updates the 201 file record of the crew on a regular basis.
• Assists the Senior Fleet Officer in providing reports and updates as required by the company and principal
• Assists in the pre-joining briefing and dispatch as well as the sign off routines of the crew.
• Performs other tasks/duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
