We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Portmizer Philippines Corporation is now hiring an HR Assistant who is a professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. The successful applicant will assist the HR Officer with recruitment, record maintenance, timekeeping, trainings and seminars, employee relations including company activities, as well as provide clerical support to all employees.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure our HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Officer
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in timekeeping preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtimes, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Screens applicants, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in looking for venues, submits proposal and plans corporates activities including company outings.
  • Look for seminars, inhouse or outside for the development of all employees.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position (2 years solid general HR function)
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • People Handling Skills (counseling, employee relations)
  • Recruitment Skills (organization, selection, knows end to end process)
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

Must be graduate of 4 year course: Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Development Management Courses (AB or BS).
