We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Description
· Relevant experience in human resources – is an advantage
· Preparing job descriptions, posting vacant positions, and managing the employment process
· Preparation of employment contract
· Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee’s information
· Can do multi-tasking under minimum supervision.

. Organizing staff team building
. Handling conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Job Requirements
. Graduate of any four year course
. Proficient in MS Office
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to do other duties that may be assigned from time to time
· Takes initiative and works independently
. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Able to start work immediately.
