We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Finance and Accounting Supervisor. For those of you who live in Manila City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Johnson Controls, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

What you will do:
The Finance and Accounting Supervisor will be managing financial functions including accounts receivable (revenue), balance sheet analysis (asset) including bank reconciliation, costing, audits, and planning & analysis.
How will you do it:
· Accounts Receivable & Revenue:
o Oversee daily transactions for AR
o Checking of sales invoice and billing
o Collection
o AR governance ( issues for SI and UBR ) – coordination to Ops and Sales
· BS analysis and closing of GL
o Monthly bank reconciliation
o Monthly analysis for all asset related account
o Recommend AJE for long outstanding balances
o SEMI costing
o Inventory aging and analysis
o Manage month end and year end closing
· Incentives (SIP) – monitoring
· Others:
o Preparation of all management reports related to AR, Sales
o Assist in Planning and forecasting
o Prepare all requirements needed by auditors
o KPI monitoring and management
o Project support on initiatives
o Assist in Tax audit
What we look for:
Required
· Proven work experience as an accounting supervisor
· Excellent analytical skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Experience in accounting software
Preferred
· CPA or other finance certification is a plus
· Process Improvement and Automation skills
· Working experience in aircon industry is a plus
