We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Quezon City & Taguig City and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Benefits Associate | Manila in our business office, Ubiquity.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Ubiquity is hiring for a Benefits Associate to join our Human Resources team. Our Benefits Associate is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Benefits POC:
- Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
- Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
- Making recommendations based on data analyses
- Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
- Working with insurance brokers and benefits careers
- Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes
As an Administrative Advocate:
- Apply effective communication strategies
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports,
- Processing of government – mandated benefits such as SS sickness and maternity, Pag-ibig, loans and issuance of PhilHealth documents.
- Processing of company related benefits
Ideal candidates have:
- College Graduate of a 4-year course
- At least 6 months working experience in HR specifically compensation and benefits/payroll
- Adept in using MS office applications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City and Eastwood, Quezon City site.
