We are looking for individuals to provide customer service for our Video Sharing Account.
Your skills:
Providing assistance in answering customer concerns and questions from online forums, platforms, calls or social media posts.
Come as you have:
- Completed 2 years in college
- BPO work experience in multi-channels (phone, chat, and email) for at least 3 months
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be amenable to work either Taguig or QC
- Willingness to work on night shift/ shifting schedule.
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to start ASAP
