We are hiring for the position of Financial Planning Assistant with full time working hours for our company office, Approved FP, for residents of Cebu (Cebu City) & Cebu (Others) and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱30,000 - ₱42,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

This is a full-time / contract position work-from-home.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to work with our financial advisers in Australia and provide back-office administrative support.

We are looking for the best of the best!

Responsibilities

Setting up information and managing financial planning CRM;

Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings;

Liaising with financial institutions, banks, and fund managers;

Research insurance and superannuation products;

Document preparation based on specific advice from Statements or Records of advice; 

Implementation of financial advice once advisers have presented to clients;

Transcribing voice-recorded file notes;

Other administration tasks as required working as part of a busy financial advice team.

Requirements

A degree / diploma in Financial Planning, Business Administration or equivalent;

Have at least 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning working for an Australian firm in a similar role;

Good command of English and have excellent communication skills;

Analytical and have high attention to detail;

Have experience in any financial planning software such as Xplan with experience using Plutosoft preferred but not essential.
