We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR and Admin Manager. For those of you who live in Manila City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, DATABLITZ, and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Objective

Assists Management by providing quality support service on human resources, management , development and administration. This refers to the proper selection of highly competent employees and extending to them a work environment that is warm and professional affording them the opportunity to work with a sense of accomplishment and self-fulfillment, Ensures that all licenses,permits and contracts are applied for and/or renewed on a timely basis. Supports operations by supervising staff,planning,organizing,and implementing administrative systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Human Resources

1) Serves all Departments’ manpower requirements in accordance with Management’s approved plantilla

2) Reviews, evaluates and updates all existing human resource practices and policies. Recommends changes/revisions whenever necessary. Assists in the management of the company’s progressive discipline program.

3) Provides Management with updated labor related issues and provisions. Implements all government related policies concerning employees’ status and compensation

4) Provides facilities for encouraging employees to express their ideas, grievance and problems directly to the management of the company without resorting to outside interference

5) Conceptualizes, designs and implements training programs in accordance to the training needs analysis in order to develop and improve employee’s career path/growth with the company

6) Conducts employee counseling whenever necessary

7) Conducts/reviews wage and benefit surveys

8) Proposes employee benefit enhancement programs to the Management

9) Manages the company’s group hospital/medical insurance and related benefit programs

10) Undertakes special projects relating to job descriptions/specification updates, performance appraisal improvements and long-range staff planning

11) Manages employee record keeping section

12) Maintains an atmosphere of open communication so that employees are aware of the company-wide activities and events and all other programs that HRAD is undertaking

13) Provides staff with a continuing education

14) Maintains high morale of staff

16) Performs other functions that may be assigned by the President/Vice President from time to time

II. Administration

1) Establishes policies, procedures and work schedules

2) Provides communication systems by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, approving invoices

3) Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances

4) Maintains continuity among local work teams and branches by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

5) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

6) Ensures the timely and accurate renewal of licenses/permits/contracts as well as new applications

7) Performs other functions that may be assigned by the President/Vice President from time to time
