We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Permits & Licensing Staff - Vismin. For candidates who reside in South Cotabato (Gen San), Bohol & Cebu (Others) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's/College Degree.

We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱14,000 - ₱20,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Establish good relationship and coordinate with different LGU agency for the compliances

Qualifications:

· Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related course

· Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous

· With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)

· With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be flexible, aggressive, hardworking, and a team player

· Proficient in computer applications

· Willing to work in Bohol, Mandaue, Cebu, General Santos

· Full time position available. Fresh graduates are welcom to apply

· No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
