Our company Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Agusan del Norte (Butuan), Cebu (Others) & Davao del Sur (Davao City) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of accounting staff/internal auditor (cpa) and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱15,000 - ₱21,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Description

Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies
Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries

FOR INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF (CEBU)

Job Description

Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research
Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes
Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
Stay current on industry trends, and best accounting and audit practices

Job Qualifications:

Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related course
A board passer of CPA Licensure Exam is highly advantageous.
With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage
With good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Preferably with good background in accounting management
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office; knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Willing to work in Davao, Butuan or Mandaue, Cebu
Full-time positions available
Fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
