We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Services & Customer Service and domiciled in Taguig City & Mandaluyong City and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Responsible for coordinating with the service staff, external third party, source, distributors/dealers and end-user support.
- Providing monthly promo budget report, preparing/drafting service contract and service quotations. Supports the service team with cash advances requests, business trip requests, receiving and dispatching service calls.
- In charge of ensuring the admin requirement of the service team is achieved.
- Conducts distributor/end-user service and repair follow up, and responsible to projects delegated by Superior and Division Manager.
- Submits service quotation and service contracts.
- Administrative activities and records keeping.
- Establishes, maintains, and safe keep Service Contracts, Service and Installation Reports.
Customer Service Responsibilities
• Maintain good working relationship within the organization.
• Support the Service Team in achieving the objectives.
• Maintain good working relationship to respective distributors and end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word and excel processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for Logistics procedures.
- Good customer service/interface experience, professional approach to internal and external customers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
