A RAFI Micro Finance Mauswagon Plus Trust Staff is responsible for the recruitment of clients, management of portfolio, customer relations, achievement of operational targets and ensuring adherence and compliance to enterprise policies and procedures.
Is the peripheral worker and the main implementing personnel of the Mauswagon Plus Loan product to qualified clients. He/ She is responsible for recruitment of Micro and Small Entrepreneurs, including the conduct of the face to face and group orientation, sales processing and endorsement. He/She is also responsible for savings/capital build-up collections, loan repayment collection, conduct of client orientation, loan utilization checks, as well as loan supervised visits. For purposes of control, Mauswagon Plus Loan Trust Staff may likewise be cross posted to other areas within his branch of assignment or transferred to branches within the area for a defined period of time.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- with at least 2 years handling sales & credit evaluation for Small – Large Business Loan
- Experience in client recruitment, portfolio management, group formation client retention and maintenance.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, and familiar with the use of Internet and Mobile Technology.
- Willing to travel
- With driver’s license (at least code 1/A)
- Can drive motorcycle
- Willing to do field work
