To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial, we Cepat Kredit Financing Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as marketing associate and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in South Cotabato (Gen San), Cebu (Cebu City), Makati City, Manila City, Pasig City & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱10,000 - ₱14,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job description

Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.
Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM’s on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.
Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.

Key Requirements:

1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Can communicate confidentially – both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
